Anyone ever seen a copy of this...

If so can you remember what it might have went for and when you last saw it?

I haven't gotten one yet, but I tend to think it is comparable in rarity to Crypt of the Smoke Dragon - which came out about the same time . . . both were promoted as part of the D&D Adventure Game line.

In any case, I sold Crypt of the Smoke Dragon for $18 about a month ago.  I've sold the Fast-Play FREE rules for $25 on several occasions.  I would think that this would sell for around the same $15-25 mark.

These things tend to "pop" up in large lots as no one thinks they would be worth anything.  In fact, I found the Crypt of the Smoke Dragon stuffed into a D&D Adventure Game box set.  Probably, it was given away as a FREE promo item and the person bought the set at the same time.  They took it home and shoved it in with the rest of the stuff.

If you really want one, you might be better off scanning auctions for the D&D Adventure Game over the coming year  :D  - maybe even sending off a copy and paste question to everyone you see with one for sale.  :D

I'll let you know when I get my hands on one to resell . . . it's only a matter of time.  It's one of the only 1st & 2nd edition AD&D or various edition D&D items that I haven't gotten to pass through my hands yet.  I'll find it by accident sooner or later . . .  :D

I think that the last one that I saw pop up on eBay went to netrodent.  I don't recall for how much exactly, but I think it was around $20-25.

Breach is right on the money.  These tend to be buried in boxes and most non-collectors would probably not even mention it in the listing.  It might show up in a picture if the contents of the box were shown.
