Poll: Ever made a Private offer for stuff on Ebay

Yes, and it worked out 24%       24%  [ 11 ]
Yes and the seller told me to go away 9%       9%  [ 4 ]
No! Never! 26%       26%  [ 12 ]
I do it all the time, sometimes it works sometimes not! 2%       2%  [ 1 ]
I do every so often and it works out from time to time! 33%       33%  [ 15 ]
Anybody who does this should be run off of Ebay 7%       7%  [ 3 ]

Exactly what I was going to say. Imo, it'd be unethical for me to try to get a deal on something and then resell it. If it's for my collection, I've tried occasionally, and it worked out a few times.

As a seller, I always consider offers. Most of them get turned down, but sometimes I'm happy to take what is offered and move the product.
