Is "trollandtoad" a member here? He's listed a bunch of stuff in the last few days with absolutely ridiculous prices.

Yesterday he started listing Spellfire cards with $5+ BIN, LOL.

Stuff like $75 G3 and G2, over $100 for two of the Planescape books (not sets), $75 for a red-box Basic D&D set.. crazy stuff.

He's got a few rares listed in his store:

http://www.trollandtoad.com

Including a Jade Hare with cover, Ghost Tower of Invernesss (#181), and a Lost Tamoachan (#34), although to be fair, he is showing these as out of stock.

Yeah, his eBay store has a few big ticket items. Not sure if the price on those is reasonable, but his pricing on a lot of other stuff is just off the wall.

Not all his pricing is bad though. He undercut me on a few of the uncommon books :P

imho, 'silly Auction prices' are entirely different from 'high Store prices', for a plethora of reasons. Were I trying to maintain a Store, I'd have high prices too.

Doesn't someone on here have a minitures website (or was it only for one miniatures company)?

Would be good to see a comprehensive site like that for nearly every mini out there. (Course this from someone who doesn't collect these things, but seems to have aquired some.)

Hi Plaag,

At one point somebody (maybe Grodog?) sent me this link when I was trying to track down info about some Gamma World mini's.

http://www.solegends.com/

It seemed pretty comprehensive.

This guy is an idiot, common minis worth about $0.50 - $1.00 each.  Not the first produced (anybody hear of Grenadier) just an idiot trying to hype up some common crap.

I'd love to make a "best offer" of $.50 on them, but can't rationalize paying $.50 plus $5 shipping if he happened to accept my offer.   :P  :P

He's a moron. There IS no 2nd print Fazzle.
But hey, I guess we can wait till he gets another Inverness #181. They show up frequently.

Gee, and you guys thought I was crazy bidding $62 (which I didn't win) on one of these a couple of months ago...

And here I thought that I might have bid too much. :?   If its makes anymore sense, the guy who finished in second place on the auction seems to be quite clueless:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Also, that mrsspiwebb82sz has been bidding things up something ridiculous recently.  Kind of like the guy last year named empoweredguy who essentially spent several thousand dollars on shrinkedwrapped items and then dropped of the face of the earth.

You know what, I have a feeling that the high bidder on that is going to be none too happy when he finds out how much he won that for.  His bid seems to have been made in the amount of $500 in error. 8O  Look at the bidding history and the amounts of his previous two bids. All 3 were made consecutively and they went $35, then $45 and then something over $460.  He must have been meaning to bid $50 and put in 1 too many zeros and didn't realize it.  That of course doesn't explain what the f*ck the other two morons were doing.
