Please explain. (I checked the math, it's fine. In fact, 35+16 = 51, the current auction price. Coincidentally, 2006 + 1971 = 3977, the year Fiend Folio will become rare.)Prices for those three books will never go up, as there is no significant demand compared to the vast number of available copies. You'd have to be burning them constantly. The exception to the rule would be specific (rare) printings. My point is that a gamer who was 16 in 1986...and thus would have been a junior high gamer through the latter part of the Golden Age....would be 35 this year. Now, with money and stability and a mid-life perspective, these gamers will be coming back to the game as collectors. For the immediate future, the prices will go up as these gamers turn into collectors and compete with each other for what we would regard as silly prices. The prices have gone up noticeably since I started only a year ago.Mark

WOW!Unless Australia is having a very bad time right now, some thing like 1 USD equalling 50 AUD, this is sheer folly.
Shop labels: Since 1991, almost all secondhand items also had a shop label, this being a small deep-yellow label, discreetly placed. This label is near-impossible to remove. At one stage, we also began putting this label on new items (similar to what many bookstores do with their stock), however, we discontinued that practice a short time later. So, generally, almost all new items won't have a shop label.
Ok, cmon, fess up. "Valhalla Games" is an elaborate joke/put on by someone here, right? I mean, no one wanting to do legitimate business on EBay would have this many knee-slappingly funny statements peppering their description of items (and let's not even talk about the hilarious prices!)
