TEXTBOOK!  This is absolutely a textbook example of why sniping works and should be used.

The price isn't silly but check out the shipping to the US...

Even the UK shipping might be a little out of line

heheh yeah what a crock of sh*t that one is!

you can prb send that standard parcels in the UK WITH insurance for appx a 1/3 of that...poss a slight bit more but hardly much more.

whats more, i love their extra text, how wrong they are :) wonder what xaxaxe and frank m would make of that :D

"WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR GOODS, ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN POSTED, AND OUR OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

SO INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE IF YOU WANT IT. PLEASE REQUEST IT BEFORE YOU PAY FOR YOUR GOODS. THEN WE CAN ADD THE COST TO YOUR INVOICE.

IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR LOST/DAMAGED GOODS. WE WILL GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION WE HAVE. BUT IT IS DOWN TO YOU TO MAKE THE CLAIM.

ONCE WE HAVE PROOF OF POSTAGE, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND RESPONSIBILITY."

silly people.

*makes a mental note not to deal with them*

i've just had a sift through their other auctions too and they have hiked up the shipping on every auction...some not much granted, but certainly OTT.

defo not one to be dealing with UNLESS youre quite happy with the item you wanna get.

gotta love the shipping on the full birthright lot. £30 postage  8O  8O  8O  8O  8O  8O
again that would prb work out at about 1/3.

It's a bit of a no brainer though.... just add the shipping to what you are prepared to bid.

If the shipping charges are up front then caveat emptor. Though it's almost cheaper to jump on easyjet from Belfast and pick the stuff up.

Planescape may be hot right now but this borders on the creep1962 realm of stupidity.  8O   I looked at some of the other stuff in his store...it gets even better.  :?

Sheesh!

More and more this is becoming common, maybe we are just seeing a price increase!  It seems unlikely but you never know :?

I know I say it a lot...I must do so again:

2006 - 35 = 1971

1971 + 16 = 1986

Prices will go up.
