Think they are from this set

http://home.flash.net/~brenfrow/dd1/starter.htm

(as it goes not a bad introduction to AD&D IIRC)

(as for price, never going to be a pricy set - if he combines postage and sticks them in a priority envelope (or whatever they're called) then its not going to break the bank)

You can never have too much of something you didn't need in the first place.

I believe I have these books (there is also a Monster Manual that is 32pgs) and if my notes are correct it comes from this: 1135 Introduction to Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Game (though the number should be 1134) unlike what that site had.

1134 and 1135 are both valid numbers.  The difference being whether the box was in a bookcase or landscape format:

1134 on the left, 1135 on the right.

Or it could be 1167 (as linked to above), since that was (I believe) the same thing in a new box and minus the CD.

Curious then, if the books state the product number 1134 for both boxes, or actually 1135 for those that came with that box.

Based on what I remember seeing from past auctions, the RPGA series seems to sell for a bit higher in the GenCon auctions than they do on Ebay (up until now anyway).  But I dont expect them to sell for anywhere close to that price if there are any at GenCon.  If they do....someone else will be spending their money on them because I definitely won't be.

I seem to remember a certain print of dragons being way over bid at the auction last year.

Though I am reasonable sure that will not happen this year, I anything can happen.

Hey, I'm hoping on it...still planning on bringing my RPGA1-4 and R1-4 unless too many other copies show up, or I get an insane $700 offer apiece for them.
