In the last month, I have listed 3 X1s in shrink, none of which of which went for more than the opening bid of $4 and one of the times I listed one it went unsold for $4.  :?

There are at least 3 SW X1's in ebay stores that could have been had for a fraction of the bid amount.  Makes no sense.

Yes. Allow me to add a series of bulging eyeballs as well. That must be some sort of record for X1  8O  PDT_Armataz_01_23  :cyclops:

Someone should start a thread that notes down price records for common items.

Hey Brian, if you've got one of those left in shrink, I'll even give you FIVE bucks for it. I don't have that one in new condition.

Check out the rest of montymc1's wins from whitetower67's auctions:

Shrinkwrap seems to make some people go a bit crazy for some reason.  But there is nothing that I can think of that makes sense for someone to pay $43 for War Rafts of Kron and $62 for The Savage Coast that are not in shrink.  Baffles the mind.  :?

While I do find it fascinating that you can just pull up a buyer and check out everything they are bidding on,  I also find it just a little bit disturbing.

Sure you can go through someone's feedback and check out their history...and that is ok. But I have never been a fan of this feature. It just seems a little intrusive.

Those price are just plain silly, though.

Speaking of high. I usually don't like to point out my own auctions, but man...

You have to be logged in, but: go to advanced search, choose find items by bidder.  Enter the user id, and there you go.

Or use this link: eBay listings ;)

This DM's guide is not excessively overpriced - (though I would definitely not pay that much), its the excessive selling of logos that caught my eye.

Oh yeah the typo makes it an interesting auction - DUNG for sale

If you look at the bidder list there are 4 or 5 bidders going at it.  Maybe there hasn't been a copy of this one up in a while?

If that goes the way it should go, that price should almost double in the next 6 1/2 hours. :)  That is a really nice looking 1st print MM.

That's not bad for a 1st printing MM in that condition.  We've got a VF listed at $133 on the site -- which I think would be high, but not surprisingly so.
