Long time no see, but I cannot avoid reporting this...

I had put rather high bids on these ones (for their worth), I was pretty sure I would win at least two out of three, and still be reported in this thread. I would never expect such a thing:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

** expired/removed eBay auction **

** expired/removed eBay auction **

The bidding histories are even more fun. Or frustrating, from the perspective of one who just couldn't snipe because he was too tired to stay up until 4.30 in the night.

I had already given up DL11 when I saw it go beyond 60 dollars, so I didn't even bother with a bid.

Yup, I'm glad that other bidder 'saved' me from myself... :D

For the most part I agree with Frank, but Not always....

How many 1st edition Chainmails have you seen listed on E-Bay in the past 3 years?

Or elsewhere for that matter.......

There have been FAR more 1st Woodies......

I can remember 2 and at least half a dozen second edition ones but there have definitely been more 1st print woodies.

Most of these auctions have 2 bidders in common.  Mintconditioncds won most of the mono modules by outbidding cary144.  Cary144 seems to be bidding on most everything because they won the Al-Qadim material.  I've seen no less then 4 bidders recently who don't seem to have spending limits.  As far as I know they do very little store purchasing.  Does anyone else see this or am I imagining it?

Cary144 won my shrinkwrapped Dragonlance modules I was auctioning. He/She paid promptly via Paypal and everything seems legit. Maybe a new collector with cash to spend??

And as long as people are spending crazy cash on items I am selling, I'm 100% ok with that. :) I was a little shocked about some of the modules' prices, but the DL 11 that broke $100....if you're a huge DL fan, and there are some out there....That DL11 is like the Bloodstone module with all the counters in it.....it's just HARD to find complete and unpunched, let ALONE in the shrink!?!? So I'm not tooo surprised. Just me 2 cents.

Good job on the sales Zen.  You picked the right time to run those auctions.  I had most of those common DL modules in SW sitting in my store at $15 each for months and they wouldn't move.  Now they are sitting in my SW box just waiting.
