Listed in Collectibles > Fantasy, Mythical & Magic > Other Items

Why this strategy? He is of course very aware of the right RPG listing...

Mertwig's Maze for $192.50:

Perhaps not surprisingly, the runner-up bidder is one whose name has appeared elsewhere in this thread recently.

We really should have an Acaeum Monthly magazine and an column in which we interview people like the top two bidders here - just so we can understand.

I always enjoy auctions where sellers post their item is in MINT condition except for ...

MINT condition Dragon #1 for $80 except that half of the cover has been knawed off by a ravenous beast.

In fairness to the seller, he's not attempting to hide the fact that the item's cover is torn up.  The text and the picture make clear that this item has a severe problem.

The word MINT doesn't belong the auction description, unless he's including a breath MINT with the module.  I bet some of you are drooling and wanting to bid on this post because it contains the word MINT, so I'll SHRINK away and WRAP it up.

Deimos, you're a genius. I'll be able to insert the keyword MINT in all my auction description titles now....just display a breath mint next to whatever module or item in the accompanying photo, and indicate in the item description it's FREE with purchase!

I saw that one.  Couldn't figure out why loose books would go for that much, until I took another look at the auction and saw the seller's comment.

Seriously, how do you forget to at least mention that the box is there?

Wow! I'd hurry and jump the BIN on this one. I can't believe it's lasted as long as it has! I'd get it for myself, but I've already got one....or 20
