The first print of Dungeon! does not have a TSR stock number.  I have no idea what it looks like... perhaps polybagged?  The second print had stock number F-103; it's that rotated-box (first image).  The third print was the Lizard logo, stock number 1002.  The fourth print was the Wizard logo.

I only recently bought my first copy of an old version of Dungeon!

which should be a second print.  Does the rulebook say that it is a second print?

No idea.  That box lid, however, doesn't match any of the scans that I posted above... it looks like the one on the Tric Trac website.  It might be a first print?

I didn't even notice that it was different from your top picture.  I also did some checking and of the long typical board game boxes there are at least 4:  a wizard logo, a face logo, then the New Dungeon boardgame (blue box cover with step logo) and the Classic Dungeon boardgame.  There is also a miniature expansion set for the Classic Dungeon boardgame.

So what are we up to now ... at least 9 different prints.

I don't think those were slipping by anyone's search with all those key words in the title.  Besides why harm a good tasting trout - use something more bottom feederish like a carp!

FOOD FIGHT!

Seriously, if it has Judges Guild items in the lot, then by rule it is claimed by the Judges Guild Forums!!! So have I decreed! :P
Now if the food slapping is due to the other RPGA auctions, well then, um I'll just get out of the way...

prb is BB....my mate goes down to wales all the time. i know he normally goes for rainbow trout, but i think you can get brown trout too? (i think thats what they are as i dont follow fly fishing)...

its quite a popular thing over here, not just course fishing :)

here is an example of a fly fisherman down in Hampshire (southern england):
