It seems to mention all the books (upto and including the Fiend Folio) on the portion that is visible. I am thinking it could be the second printing of "Your Personal Invitation to Adventure". It has 1981 as the TM date though but that might be accurate for the second printing which included the FF.

With that being said it does match my copy of "Your Personal Invitation to Adventure" (which includes FF and has a copyright date of 1980).
