A dang shame, I really enjoyed Maztica.  Guess it's thaty inner archeologist in me showing.  8O

But then again, I enjoyed buying mine in SW for $5 at Sci-Fi City.

There are no bad editions of D&D, just Boring Players and Unimaginative DMs.

All from the same seller as the previously mentioned Metamorphosis Alpha:

Nice looking blue box with pastel B1

Gamma World 1st ed

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1

Four auctions for shrinkwrapped Silver Anniversary sets from the same seller.  Of course its probably just a multilple listing error.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 8814394986

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 8814394969

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 8814394934

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 8814394915

The seller has pretty atrocious feedback, but worst of all he embeds a video (with sound) in each of his auctions.  *shudder*

I just saw those, too (thanks, Auction Sieve!).

It's an iSoldIt — speaking of *shudder* — so there's a chance they had a block of four anniversary sets dropped off (perhaps from a failed gaming store or something?).

The embedded audio is unspeakable, as are the shipping charges ($16 to here in Nevada; God alone knows how much to the rest of you).

Yup.  Bitter story on that one.  It was originally part of this lot, which I lost:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 8796939188

Apparently, there was an initial dispute over shipping, so the seller made me a 2nd chance offer on it, which I accepted.  (I don't know the full story, there.)

Unfortunately (for me) they worked out the issue and I missed out twice on the same lot.  I don't think I'm gonna bid.

I took a couple minutes to go through his feedback. It is ok until about 90 days ago, then it is nightmare time. Tons of negs and neutrals. Just as many "mutually withdrawns". Be very careful.

Gotta love their reply to every complaint "We are committed to our customers & are working to resolve any issues" doesn't address the issue just has the same generic response
