What do they generally sell for? I'm not interested in much post-1982, so I thought I'd let some else take a stab at it. Not sure if Clarkie saw my post or found it on his own.

Here's a fairly decent 1st prink UK softie Monster Manual, though the cover and binding are a bit damaged, as usual:

Lets see.  Seller didnt get the reserve price he wanted and the original auction ends with no winner.  So the seller relists the same item with an opening bid of $1 but a reserve that is most likely still over $60.  And he adds a picture of the box lid that is obviously not the one shown in the other picture.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Still, all in all a very nice looking OCE.  I just dont understand why the seller feels the need to misrepresent the actual condition of the box lid in the new auction.   :?   Some people are just dumb.

B2 with cardboard hanger:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Seller is in Keller, TX.  If someone from here wins and doesnt get the item, just let me know.  Take me about 20 minutes to get to their house.

EDIT:  In one of this seller's auctions they mention using the grading guidelines used by "those fine folks at The Acaeum".  Is this seller a member here?  If so, maybe someone else to try to invite to the North Texas Acaeum members shindig.  :D

Is that an official TSR product with serial number? I realise probably not. So follow on question:

Has anyone done any research into AD&D products produced 'with permission' from TSR? Is there a definitive list?

I think it is an official AD&D product but not produced by TSR themselves.  There are quite a few such items but I don't think anyone has put together a definitive list.

There are a number of records, a couple cassettes, the frisbee, some plastic helmuts, the wallet, the MPC action scene kits, various puzzles, beach towels, knitting cross stitch kits, rubdown transfers, poofy stickers, a bunch of D&D cartoon related items, etc etc

If you can identify the items on Chromaticknight's shelf in the What do you do with your collection? thread you could probably make a reasonably good list.  He usually around when something like that is up for auction :)
