I think the seller means 57 by 38 inches, not 57 x 38 feet; the description says "... 57' by 38' ...".

Here's a 5th print white box set with an advertising flyer of some sort that seemingly came with it. I've never seen the flyer before, any idea what it is?

I have never seen that before, either. I have also seen several copies of that white box set and none had that flier.

Not surprising that they would have put something in the box. We may be looking at a 5th+ printing...

Somebody here needs to cowboy up.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

It's a flyer that is definitely UK in origin. I found it interesting that the 3 books on the cover of the pamphlet has a Lizard logo on it. It also states that that you can buy D&D products from Games Workshop (no mention of TSR in the US). The inside has an article by Steve Jackson of Games Workshop.

My guess is that the boxed set is not different from any of the known sets but that some were sent to the UK and then Games Workshop added their own flyer and sold them.
