Can anyone tell me if the sheet above the folio cover and below the booklet is the "Minifigs catalog flier"?

Yes it is the mini fig flyer.

it's a shame! how can they sell one item for such an expensive price and use a stock pic???

... i can understand it if we were talking about an uncommon module, but we're speaking about a huge amount of money!!!

The ST1 picture is of the item. The image quality is a little off though.

They were written and published by Imagine Magazine staff after TSR wound up the magazine and made them redundant.
The first two are quite rare, with GM1 being extremely rare. GM5 is probably the best of the bunch although GM1 is very good.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

However, It makes me wonder if any of you Print Run Junkies are also interested in "Error" printings . . . like this one:

Manual of the Planes - Hardcover, good condition, scuffing around the edge. This book was also binded wrong, the pages are upside down.
