Non-OCE.  Box looks in pretty decent shape.  Cant tell if the white spot near the top is a price tag or a spot where the paper is torn.  Books look decent but I'll bet there is some rust on those staples.

Can see the rust from here. Apparent staining/damp rippling down most of the edge and corner of the U&WA, too (description just states "NO rips, tears, or dogears").
Might actually be a price tag on the box, as it's a lighter color.
