and i've a question referring to the MM: how is it possible that the seller states as a 3rd print a manual with the yellow ribbon? is it a mistake? as far as i can see the seller seems to be very keen in his descriptions...

even if it is only the booklet the fair value is 60USD? just as info, wouldn't it be possible to add to the appraisal info of the acaeum even those for some particular single items? (such as this one... of course it'd be a matter of few items, mainly those referred to 1st print for instance)

Aia, Frank's copy went to $60 because of the "celebrity factor", and the fact that his auction listing was well-written to highlight the features of the first print. Check the Fun Finds thread, Marlith posted one that he won recently for ~$17. If it's the entire 1st print box set with Geomorphs and MT&A, all in excellent condition, it could go to $60.
