well done mdpetric (if someone here??) that was a not bad price - little bit of corner bend on the pic - possibly some wear in actuality - but still not bad at all.

I was wondering what happened there?  No one outbid me.

But there is yet another fighting wheel on ebay again:

Hoping and expecting are two different things.  Part of the trill for me is not only finding an item, but wondering if (and more often than not when) someone else will notice it.

Before anyone wastes their money on The Endless Dungeon, I feel its only proper to post the Wikipedia entry...

Wikipedia wrote:The Endless Dungeon (1977) - a set of cardboard tiles you could glue together into a number of floors and walls and use for miniature playing. An early issue of White Dwarf reviewed this release and came to the conclusion that you were better off without the Endless Dungeon. Originally distributed by TSR.

Heed White Dwarf's reviews!

Though the WD writer was correct, at the time, it obviously doesn't apply now. Even if they WERE useful, only an idiot would glue them up, considering what the final bidder is going to pay for them.

I doubt I would ever buy these, but I love their names. Here's the ones I got out of that auction:
Ankheg Underside Pink
Cloud Giant Flesh
Purple Worm Purple
412 Dinosaur Grey
421 Bugbear Fur
429 Djinn L [Light?Lamp?] Blue
447 Elf Flesh
451 Cave Fisher Magenta
452 Mind Flayer Mauve
455 Griffon Hide
458 Yellow Mold Yellow
460 Beholder Body Fuschia
480 Water Elemental Blue
481 Remorhaz [Blood?]
Manticore [Fan?]
4?? Kobold ? Red ?

38 total bottles. "Polly S Advanced Dungeons and Dragons Color Series". 5/8 fluid oz (18 ml).

Feel free to correct me & I'll update the list. Or...anybody already have a complete list? I googled Ankheg Underside Pink & got one Acaeum hit for "worst D&D product ever":

I have asked the seller to list the modules...One of them is a rulebook and the other looks like a duplicate rulebook.  Am I missing something?

If you're referring to the red books, they aren't duplicates.  You can tell by looking at the corners of the artwork -- the Basic DM's Rulebook has flat corners, the Basic Player's rulebook has rounded ones. ;)

There's also (without checking, cuz that's more fun):  Expert Rulebook, X1, XL-1, MV1, M5, O2, and what might be a Skarda's Mirror in there, not sure.  There looks to be a green module underneath as well, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess B3.

[edit]Damn, that's M3, not M5.  Well, nobody's paying me.  :(

What's to catch?

Even if it wasn't Shane's auction, that would be relatively fair use of links I'd've thought (even if hyperlinks are against eBay rules, someone said?). A little more explanation, phps, but that's about all.

Guess I'm missing something...

I saw that a few days ago. I don't think it's particularly deceptive, but to be honest, the seller should put pics of the actual mods up.
