I plan on taking the LP to some audio expert who can record its content in digital format. Has anyone done it already? I can then make the audio tracks available. Please note that I do this only out of preserving the content of the disc and for backup reasons, to make it available to people who are unable to play an LP or own a damaged disc.

Has anyone checked it?Of course the availability of the tracks is meant for owners of the original record (plus, I would NOT make the text available, and honestly I don't believe anyone can be interested in the music alone), although I cannot completely police this issue.

This third option is rarely explored, but I can't see why WotC would care, they're never going to re-release it. They might even put it on their website as downloadable MP3s, and save you the trouble. Nothing like media to make a website more interesting. (Of course they'd probably say "no" and send you a threatening letter, as companies tend not to think intelligently about these things.)
