Wow, I used to have a whole bunch of those.  I think I still have the roper in a box somewhere.  Damn, now I'm tempted to drop by this store I know of in Maryland that specializes in action figures and the like (they literally have every Star Wars action figure and vehicle still in the plastic/unopened box).  

As for the price, just think, its more or less equivelent to being shrinkwrapped, isn't it?  We'll all seen some people willing to pay insane prices for shrinkwrapped stuff.

If you do so please ask them if they have the rust monster. I'd be interested if it was a reasonable price... (and it definitely doesn't have to be sw ;-) )

I'll keep my eyes open Ralf...  the store is literally a minute-long walk from one of my local game stores, and I might go there sometime this week or weekend.
