Wait, WHAT?! Please tell the the month/year by PM, since I don't want everyone else to buy up all available copies first.

I too require this information.

When I saw the alleged original I was disappointed because her pose isn't exactly the same and she doesn't have batwings.

For me, it's not D&D, but close enough that it should count. Conan novels, especially paperbacks. Not counting the newer drivel, I believe I have at least 8 copies of most every one published, enough to almost fill a 6'h x 4'w bookcase that is one of the two that make up the headboard for my bed. I suppose I'm guilty of sleeping with Conan......

Sure, maybe as a composite of several of the photos.

That publication usually doesn't show those.

I found Sheila Mullen for that issue. Honestly I don't see it.

The nose is close enough, but eyes, lips, hair, the non-fanged portion of her teeth is wrong. The body is completely wrong especially shoulders and arms.

Very pretty model for sure, so I ain't mad I looked at the wrong one lol

Just curious if that's supposed to be correct.

edit - thank you for reviving this one. This is as good as any old school 'best of craigslist' post. Bravo!

There are photos online with the same background & and clothing as the May 1977 issue, but which do not appear in that issue. One of these more closely matches the pose from the MM. Maybe it's from a foreign edition?
