I bought Skarda's Mirror Shrinked from Mike the other day to replace my non-SW copy and then yesterday got a lot that I won on ebay that had a SW copyof....Skarda's Mirror!  Duuhhh, I bought that one to replace my other copy too.   I use to make mistakes like this all the time so I thought that I'd catalog my collection on Excel and I still have problems.  Anyone else have problems buying things they have already - by accident?  At least there is ebay so I can sell one....

Some people seem to do that a lot with OCEs and white boxes? Also, some people seem to by another DMG or MM forgetting that they already have one?  :D

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Before I cataloged my collection it happened all the time!  I had 3 copies of the Marklands at one point and no copies of some other stuff I was sure I had!

Heh...I somehow ended up with 4 copies of Xanathon...but now I use an inventory and only double up when I need a play/collector's copy or it's a by-product of a lot with something else I want.

Not really.  I tend to keep reasonably good track of what I've bought.  However it is quite frequent that I will buy an item by itself only to have turn up soon afterwards as part of a lot I'm buying.

I just bought 3 MERP items that I already had. Poor bookkeeping.

Happend way too often. Before I excel-ed my stuff, I was continually duplicating or skipping stuff because my pathetic memory.

I had like three copies of I1 in the shrink at one time...and I don't even like shrinked stuff. 8O
