About a year ago, I used to think that they all resided in Pensylvania. :roll:  Thankfully the copyright thieves now seemed to have migrated out of my state and gone primarily overseas. :P

FWIW, I actually reported that guy a few hours ago whenever I saw that when it first popped up.

I wa looking through Cougs recent feedback and found out that the same buyer of this auction also left Coug a neg.  It seems that this illegal auction ended up with some vigilante justice. :)

Did anyone bother to look at the books he has listed on these illegal CD's? He has pdf's of not only WOTC/TSR but also lots of 3rd party stuff like Hackmaster and Goodman Games. :x  I have reported him to ebay 3 times now over the 3 days and they still have not taken hiom down yet. Maybe an email to some of these 3rd party publishers might help.

(Ie.This purchase is for back up purposes), and should the purchase contain any books that are not originally owned by the buyer- then it is your own responsibility to destroy or remove any books from the collection within 24 hours of receipt to abide by international copyright laws. it is my sole responsibility to not knowingly supply these compilations to persons who do not own the original copies of these books However, once the item has been dispatched, I as a seller become free from any responsibility and it is then solely in the hands of the buyer to abide by the international laws.

I bid $10,000 on each auction, intending not to pay by claiming I was told that PDF's are illegal, but the auction was yanked. I think from now on I will bid on every illegal one I see and have at it with eBay. They would be obligated to remove any feedback and void the transaction.

I saw the B series he had and already reported them. It appears that EBay has removed that listing already. Might be a good idea to report all those other ones as well. :)
