For those of us who played RPGs before home computers were available, there's something very nostalgic and theraputic about thumbing through hardback manuals, or relaxing and reading a copy of Dragon. You justs can't replace that with a 2lbs gadget.

I don't think many folks that would disagree will ever find their way to these forums ;)

I prefer to read the book myself, but when you're in the middle of a big combat, finding something in 15 seconds instead of 60 is nice :)

Alas, it has been quite a while since I have had the opportunity to play. In fact, the last time I played I DM'd Planescape, and that was when the original Campaign Setting had just been released. :(

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Look at all the items this person is selling that are rip offs of books, D&D stuff, etc. He has a CD with 368 Star Trek books on it 8O

Holy SHIT!!!

How do I report him?

I am pretty sure that some people do not KNOW they're doing something illegal when they are selling copies of printed material.

Copyright law is not universally aknowledged. So, this work of steadfast information is truly precious.

Come on, it was a nice try.  They put a (censored) naked chick on the auction listing.  That's gotta make up for breach of copyright, right?

Yeah, that was.. interesting.

Then again, with all the chainmail bikini's and succubi kickin' around in D&D, it's not entirely off-kilter either  :o
