Looks like EBay may have take care of this one or this seller checks out this site. Check out the auction description on this one now. Either way,I say F*ck em. _|_

I guess this guy was so encouraged by his quick sale of Ebooks, he now has 90 listed.

<edit> No check that he had 100, but 10 already sold. Unfortunately, it looks like someone from here bought 3. :?

Looks like this guy has now gotten greedy. Now here is a couple nice big fat BINs with no paypal requirement.

Just checking out a majority of the illegal auctions posted here over the last few days, 90% of them are GONE(ended early, description completely changed, just flat out removed). I wondering if Stephen's phone call to WotC has made a difference or if its something else. Maybe someone who views this board is letting others know about our efforts. It is like looking at roaches scurrying out of the light. Its actually pretty amazing. 8O

You need a new title. Colonel Whistleblower. Captain Shill could be your sidekick if you like. I'll ask him.

Sounds like a plan.

oh he wsa the guy that i sent a msg to saying "you are clearly breaching copyright by selling ebooks. if you do not withdraw your auctions, i will be reporting you to ebay and WOTC, who if informed, will quite likely take legal action against you" - i DID tell ebay as well, so they may have took them down. either way, who cares, they got sorted

I say one of our hero bidders uses the .01 BIN and negs his dumbass anyways if anything for being too stupid to know how to end an auction early.

Another one bites the dust. Tnis one of course was not selling illegal pdd's he was also shilling. Here is the Ebay email I received:
Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to write to eBay to report members "
dals71" and "8704chris."

We have thoroughly investigated your report and taken appropriate action
in accordance with our policies.

I can confirm these members are no longer registered users. Due to
privacy law, I am not able to discuss the details of another members
account further.

I would like to thank you for your help in keeping eBay a fun and safe
place to trade.

Kind regards,

Customer concern: Not only is this seller shilling his own auctions with
a fake bidder, he is also selling illegal copied copyrighted material.
Here is a listing of his auctions:
All are illegal Ebools being sold. It is also pretty clear at loking at
both user Ids that he als shilling his own auctions with the fake user
ID, due to the large volume of bids back and forth for both user IDs as
well as feedback left. Both user IDs are also located in Kent, Diver.
Please act on this information. Thanks

And to follow an earlier question by BadMike about Cougar. I have not nailed him for shilling yet, although I have never really looked into it, as I have browsed his auctions in the past, I never really noticed anything out of the ordinary that would cause me to think something was amiss, unless of course you consider killjoy is his shill. :P [j/k]
Anyway, I am most definitely as confused as everyone else about cougars lack of auctions. Maybe its as our UK friends like to say, "Maybe he's on holiday". :D
