No, I know billj752......... They are not related.
If I were involved in the shill game, I would be proud of the people that have joined in to end the PDF profusion. I, of course, am not. Nope. Never. Not me. Uh-uh.

I believe you're referring to the Secret Worldwide Order of Righteous Dudites, (SWORD), a very noble society dedicated to exactly this cause.  I've heard they exist, but I can't reveal my sources, of course.   :)

Actually, that's a legit tem to sell.

Was developed by WotC, floundered...was puicked up by Code Monkey Publishing :: Work Less, Play More who is now planning something different.  It's a 3E product, that's why you may not recognize it.

Couple of things. They may be legit in the sense that WotC produced them, BUT I can almost guarentee that those ones he is selling are copies of originals, because if they are not then I am not sure why he has already sold 2 copies and has another 2 up for sale right now. I cant think of any reason why someone would have bought at least four copies of the same sh*tty software. Also if you look at the auction in full, he is also "throwing in" a CD of books and modules. Finally look at everything else that he has up for sale right now. Its all pdfs of copyrighted material:

eBay listings

I think that he could use a neg or 4.

I've seen game stores with a dozen copies of the "sh@#ty software, matbe that's why he's trying to ebay it?  :P

Didn't notice any CD's with free stuff...but it's early, i'm tired, and I have no coffee...so doesn't mess with me.

This article on CNN.com, could be signifigant for Ebay copyright infringers:
money.cnn.com/2005/03/29/technology/gro ... tm?cnn=yes

This could shift a lot more liability on Ebay to find and remove the copyright infringers if the Supreme Court determines that web sites are resposible for the content that gets sold or shared.
