He seems to come from an Elizabethian age. Did they use computers in the age of Shakespeare?

We should advertise a reward for this.

"PDF-KILLAH OF DA YEAR" or something like that. We're counting the total $$ value of auctions brought down until Dec 31. Winner gets a free shot on the next Tsojconth.

The hilarious part will be when feedback time arrives.

I'm sure he will try to get refunded his fees via eBay. However, since the listings were illegal, and he is on record as saying he owns the copyrights (save that e-mail, please!), dagger might well decide to try for some media publicity on this one. I'm sure he is tired of the same lame excuse that eBay uses when it comes to copyright infringement.

Daggerdude had a run-in with eBay it appears. I'm getting on the phone with them right now.

Nancy, theoretically of course, you set up a dummy e-mail account. Then, you register with eBay with dummy info. Get the zip code and area code for, say, Las Vegas, and use the info to register.

If I were Daggerdude, I'd get my negative feedback in quick.

Mind you, eBay would be breaking the law if they tried to oblige you to complete a transaction that contained illegal materials.

Well, I am on the phone with eBay's investigative center. It appears zabe is in for a bit of trouble. I even sent the link to the infringement page to him. What do you think, NancyG? I'm curious as to your opinion.

Hi-

I think if your an honest seller, you would build a nice base of customers, I remember see'ing a dvd about how a successful business man named Farrel, he owns a bunch of ice cream joints, talking about how to please the customer, it was called "Give them the Pickle" basically when a customer ordered a meal you give him a little extra and say thank you.

I try to do this with most of my auctions, throw in an extra module I dont need and leave a thank you note in the package. It really does go a long way to creating a good customer base.

Shilling, cheating and  selling copyrighted materiel and so on is not cool and really destroys the eBay expairience.

All of zabe's auctions start out with a token bid from paraderty's account.

Hmmm....good thought. Course, in breaking the law, Zabe is just asking for us to "GIVE HIM THE PICKLE" 8O  8O
