That is great. I am sure pdfkilla, whitey, billj and all the others before them appreciate the help. I'm sure shilling is a lonely business.

Hey Killjoy, I don't think it would have mattered much, it looks to me like that auction is already very well in hand.

mind you though.....in all fairness to the guy, i appreciate he SHOULDNT be trying to sell stuff like that...once i won the "item" and then realised that it was only copies...when i raised that with him, he respectfully said thats fine and i didnt need to pay and that was that. so was no biggie to me in the end.

still out of order tho and it really naffs me off that ppl DO get away with it.

It is copyrighted, therefore only WoTC can sell it.

that kinda thing annoys the hell out of me. if we can get some "whack"-type-peeps to go look at the item, maybe we can spoil the guy's nice 100% feedback record?

I sent a NICE mail to the fellow, saying that - if he didn't know - he's committing copyright infringement, and this shoul piss off a few people - especially on Ebay. In fact, this kind of offense - copying copyrighted electronic material of which you don't own the rights - in Italy it's punished with a jail penalty and a steep fine. 8)
