It looks like much of the CD is taken up with home-brewed nonsense and other items that, more than likely, are not copyrighted. There's probably a bunch of stuff downloaded from the Web, too â€” much of this would have very murky copyright origins.

However, red flags go up at the mention of "every feat" listed in all of the core D&D 3e books and some of the expansions. This is a no-brainer: WoTC has very active copyrights in place on all of those books. The CD is a violation.

You have got to love the lame attempt to disavow any knowledge of any wrong doing with the:

A large RPG lot I purchased recently had a nifty little CD tucked away inside one of the hardcover books, and on this CD were over a DOZEN Greyhawk module .PDF files!!! That is the complete module, in electronic e-book format! Since I am not sure how these were acquired, I'm throwing the entire CD in with this module for FREE to the high bidder.

Anybody know someone who collects these CD's? :twisted: :twisted:
