Not only is he selling copyrighted material, but he's not even doing a good job at it.   Not only is it obvious he's lying when he says "region 1" and "factory sealed" because there is no such item as of yet that is region 1.  I spoke to someone who purchased it and the copies (yep, copies) don't even work in any of her DVD players.  Just her Xbox.

i tried to buy a DVD last week off ebay....but i cant tell anymore, which ones are the originals and which are not....

I have already repoted that guy twice now, but nothing done about him yet.  He seems to be getting greedier and putting more and more up on a daily basis.

Here is another one, maybe the best one yet.  THis seller is offering to sell the pdf's from the Dragon Magazine Archives by email, so not only is violating the copyright of it he is also in additional violation of Ebay's policy of not allowing you to sent your itmes by email.

Contacted the seller and explained.  Seller responded back that she wasn't aware that she couldn't sell them in that manner and has removed the auction.
