Hey this dork made a mistake! He says

Someone should email him as 'interested in the Xmen' and then notify Marvel. I gotta believe Marvel (a publicly traded company) would not like this guy profiting from or distributing their works.

(and on a more evil note.. dang.. it would be cool to have a full Xmen run on DVD..... MUST RESIST!)

I don't know. They probably wouldn't be interested, since there's no money in it though.
Speaking of which, I haven't heard back from eBay about Colvin, so tomorrow I will have to start the wheels of justice churning.
