That's not correct, incidentally. By purchasing this DVD, you are in effect purchasing (one of) the seller's legal copies of the works. The media is irrelevant. Selling legally owned material is legal; selling copies of such material is also legal if the originals are destroyed.

Assuming they actually owned a copy of all of the works, the seller would be the one that would have to destroy their copies, in order for the sale to be legitimate, not the purchaser.

Of course, that's unlikely to happen. I very much doubt the "seller" owns a legal copy of this material in the first place.

I love it. Delete them from a likely DVD-R, which can only be written on once, and even if its a DVD-RW, you'd have to have a burner... amazing! I want one!
