What are the copyright laws in Hungary?  They might not recognize US copyrights.

Regardless of whether or not Hungary recognizes US copyrights, these copies are unauthorized.

Same as pretty much anywhere else*: List of parties to international copyright agreements - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
