I believe that the CD of web links is totally legal...it might even be useful...since my current hobby (until my cash builds back up  :P ) is seeking out and acquiring free modules online.

I did a search and Deadlord is correct, the link no longer works.

So, I tried searching for the item number directly and eBay stated that the listing has been removed or is no longer available.

He's a chronic PDF compilation poster. eBay occasionally gets off their asses and pulls his auctions, but he keeps on putting them up.

Hmmmm...........
You should win one of his autions, ask to pay in person, and bring along a few bobbies to arrest him. Or use one of the auctions Janenazrat won.

This guy's on crack.  If you put in your auction "freely available on the internet", then why would I pay you?  The copyright issue becomes moot.

Beerdrick's reply to the 2 negatives:

You never intended on purchasing the items could tell by the email address you set up so don't give me the rubbish about being informed they are copyrighted you had made your mind up not to buy at the start. Hundreds and thousands of things are sold on ebay daily that may be deemed to be an infringement of copyright or bootlegged, these items are hand typed materials/information from long out of sale and print books which are no longer in production the money element is for the time taken to type the tables out etc...., they are not copies of any books that are still in print. If you don't want the typed materials then please mutually withdraw your offer.
