Just email [email protected]

I give the email a subject of "Report sellers who commit copyright infringement" (there's a surprise!) so Andrew can filter them out if necessary.

The 4 auctions reported by PurpleDragon and the 2 I reported have all been pulled.  Looks like eBay are acting on this quicker than usual.

Excellent. Someone was forced to use a BIN on two aucs..........
How does that rule work? If an infringing item has a BIN, is it subject to instant smiting with the +4 holy shiller?

I have to admit I would love to have my entire collection on pdf.  I own almost every AD&D module, accesory and book and it would be nice to never have to handle them.  I feel like an alcoholic at an AA meeting admitting that.

So who here actually has all their shit on pdf?

Fess up!

Me.

It's painfully easy to get just about anything on PDF.

That being said, I don't use or have stuff I don't own.  Mostly because it's already a heaping pile of PDFs just to keep the stuff I own!

I have occasionally perused a pdf of something I don't own to decide if I want to go down to the store and buy it. (I call this Unilateral Shareware Method)

I don't ever give copies of Pdfs or put them on Kazaa or post or anything.  But good God... you tell me ANY PDF you want to get, and I can find it in under 10 minutes of searching.

It's like Hookers in Vegas... they are 'illegal' yet they are EVERYWHERE.

(err ehmmm... so I've heard any way! )

Hookers in Vegas? Come on..............
I see no problem at all scanning and using a pdf of something you own. Selling it is another matter.

I have about 5 dvd's full of pdf's. A friend, who was getting out of gaming asked if I wanted them and I said "sure, why not." Actually, I have never even looked at them. I already have all of the modules and such in hardcopy, and to be honest, I would much rather read the hardcopy than something on a computer screen. Have you ever tried toting a desktop computer to the crapper when you are looking for light reading? Heck no! It would be a terror on the knees trying to support the monitor while you read.

I spent the last couple evenings on kazaa downloading pdf's.  Holy shit!  We shouldn't even bother trying to prevent people from selling these things.  There are so many out there for free why even bother other than on principle alone?  I've seen a great many of them now and none of them are comparable to having the real thing.

While I've never dragged a laptop to the crapper I also wouldn't want to bring my entire collection to work with me every morning either.  The pdf's will be a good resource when I ebay from work!

I'm trying to get the wife to agree to let me install a swing-out tray under the bathroom sink. Perfect for the laptop. If I can get her to agree to a fridge and TV, I may never come out.

Well, she had drawn the line at letting me run a network drop in the shitter, so I had to get a wireless router and hide the laptop in the closet. She eventually figured out the beeps and clicks were not digestive byproducts. And it doesn't help that I told her I want to die on the shitter grunting out a brown turtle, eating pizza and drinking beer, watching the Patriots in the Superbowl, playing Diablo on the laptop and getting a blowjob simultanoeusly. She got a little upset.
I think she has something against Diablo.

Nah, I'd have to divorce her if that was the case. I can't abide voluntary stupidity. Actually, she is an avid football fan (since we've been married).

When I said selling copyrighted material is illegal:

Hi again,

Thanks for your email, to explain further:

I am a distributor for a company that has the legal copyright from TSR Inc. So to keep it as simplistic as possible for you  what happens is:
I buy the item (in your case 3 items) from my legal copyright holding supplier and I then on sell the 3 items to you, who is now legally obligated to pay for them as per the ebay terms and conditions you agreed to.

So with all that being said, if you would now like to make your paypal payment, and email me back with your address I will get your order underway.

thanks
J

ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who the fuck does this guy think he is? I'm going to report him to eBay, and see if I can get him yanked for fraud.
