well i got a reply:

They are hand typed word documents not books or ebooks and include all the content for the forementioned second edition books - just trying to share this information.

my reply to him:

your auction states that they are ebooks. either way, whether you hand-type them or not, its still breach of copyright if you duplicate the information from the original material. go look at the copyright notices in the original books. i AM trying to help you here btw. Alan

ah right so we get to the bottom of it.

so they are not books after all. well in your auction, you clearly advertise
books and not CDs/DVDs or PDF files. these are illegal breach of copyright
items and you cannot sell them on ebay, which is why they keep getting taken
off ebay.

you have also lied about not having a list available either.

basically, all told, your listing was a complete scam and isnt even selling
what you said it was.

i refuse to pay for this. you can take it up with ebay if you wish and i
will point them in the right direction with regards to law.
