I'm still waiting for eBay to resolve several NPB's. I would love to just take them to court, but time is tight right now.
I don't believe you could sue eBay for disabling your account. I'm sure there is a clause in there that gives them the right to do whatever they want whenever they want. You COULD sue for facilitating infringement, under the exact same premise as the Napster suit.

That's really hard when you'r talking about some PDFs on a CD, but when you're talking about a $50,000 transaction, that's fascilitating a crime on a grand scale.

Did you speek to your local Police?

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Faster than a speeding lily! More powerful than a snapdragon! Able to leap small dandelions in a single bound! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's............

The site on the auction looks legit, like its a community that sells thier works in PDF instead of print (with 3.X Ed there are quite a few such companies who work only in PDF format).
I would assume the seller is from the company especially since it is only 1 PDF on 1 CD as the site also does sell.

I downloaded the free caves and caverns and a couple others..not sure what mapping program they used for CC (Djinni?) but others seem rather basic..Wilderness Survival Guide 1 doesn't look to bad, though unread, and appears to not be anything ripped off.

Edit: The RPG bundle (free) has some adventures I've seen before as free..I can't recall the site but this was 5+ years ago and that site basically collected people's free adventures.
