He's wrong.
#1. Open Gaming License allows you to copy for your own use, not to sell to others.
#2. It would be pointless for WOTC to offer the books as a PDF when they are trying to SELL them in the stores.
And most importantly-
#3. When has WOTC ever given away ANYTHING?

Kipironbeard just Luvs Rangerretardus stuff.

I'll be the first to eat my hat if it's ever proven to me that this isn't some kind of a scam.

The only positive feedback for Kipironbeard is Rangerretardus... Looks like a  shill bet gone bad is all.

So does he still owe you the penny? Just curious. Not that I know who he is.

No! I've decided to donate the Shrinkwrap to the Smithsonian in his name for all he's done for blocking shills and killing pirates.

Maybe you could tell him that! (if you see him)

Is this one legitimate or is the seller also guilty of trademark theft?

Most looks like self-designed resources, but I suspect the adventure pdfs are illegal.

Actually no, this CD came out with an issue of Dragon back when 3E was just getting off the ground. I've got a copy buried somewhere in a drawer. I distinctly remember the Dungeon PDF's being on there.

Having said that, I don't remember there being quite SO much other stuff on the CD - but I will check my copy.

Nope, that CD is legit. There's actually some fun stuff on there too.
