Very nice, guys.  I'm really impressed.

I'd say I've got somewhere around 100 - 150 items, maybe a little more.  That's probably critical mass for me.

Over 1100 not counting magazines, minis or dice that have been photographed for inventory purposes already. There are probably another 250 - 350 waiting me to take the time to photograph them. I am thinking I want to redo it all as scans to better document condition.

No, but we used to have four:  Beliose (Burly for short; he's gone missing) and Sterling belong to my mother-in-law, and Percy Beeblebrox and Trapdoor Jasper (Percy and Jasper for short) belong to Heather and me.  We've also got a sausage of a dog named Bob (he's a French Bulldog).

The next time my wife accuses me of having a problem with how full my bookshelves are, I'm going to direct her to this thread.

This almost reads like an AA meeting for AD&D guys.  Scary.  Very cool, but scary.

Miniatures....Egad!  I must have just over 1000...mostly Warhammer 40,000, but also a nice collection of the classic Grenadier figures.  I keep them in boxes, out of sight because  I tend to think of them as game pieces rather than display pieces.

Here are some pics of our collection. Some are old so you may recognize items that are now in YOUR collections :)

No idea how many pieces we still own.

We also have boxes of "future sale" items and enough Dragon magazine doubles/tripples to gag a purple worm strewn about the house.

This TSR bookshelf once belonged to Mr. Mentzer. We loaded it w/ shrinked box sets.

Some props from the D&D movie:

A few pieces of art:

We plan on removing everything from the room and doing it up like the inside of a castle w/ stone walls, wood beams w/concealed lighting/sound, portcullis door on closet, etc. Hopefully we can get it done by GenCon.

On my first read I thought you said, "1/24th scale" and I thought....Good God, wouldn't that crush his house?  What kind of table does he use those on!

I have four of them also.  Samantha, Henry, Whisky and Tinkerbell.  The one pictured is Tinkerbell...she is the newest of the brood and loves to try to get into the empty space behind the box sets.  I keep the door to the room closed most of the time so it is rare that they get in at all.

I still feel bad for that Gangbusters box, it's sinking into the carpet...

Awful...just awful Brian.  :P

Cats. The other white meat.

 Not really a cat fan either. But the noise they make is nothing compared to the raccoons that gather in the yard since my neighbour feeds them dog food! A hull passel o' coons fightin' and fukkin'....gimme Sylvester any ol' time....

Is the Hollaway on the right an Oriental Adventures painting from a Dragon magazine cover?

Great shots, especially liked the TSR shelving.   :D

Actually we're not sure what it's from. If anyone can find what it is published in I will send you a free piece of published D&D artwork by Tom Baxa(from a Monstrous Compendium)!!!

I've definitely seen this one before and think it's a great painting.  The girl with the sword is Asian, right?  Could be a plate in the OA Monstrous Compendium, though I'm pretty sure it was a Dragon mag cover somewhere in the 100's.  Don't have my collection on hand to check, but perhaps it can be searched on the Dragon CD-ROM for Hollaway covers?  I'd love to get some OA art so if you're ever interested in selling...

The coloring scheme is very similar to issues 121 & 127. Maybe it was an alternate or just a peice from that period that was never used.
