No idea, actually.  I guess I'll have to go do a census to see.  My hunch is somewhere in the 2000-3000 books/modules/magazines range, not counting any miniatures.  But I could be a bit off.

My collection is only about 100 items.  Much smaller than most of yours.  As we all know, it's not the quantity or the quality of the treasure horde that counts.

What really matters is how quickly you can stuff it all in a bag of holding before you're hunted down by a pack of wandering monsters.

Well since we are going to post pics, I took some more pictures recently and posted them over on DF.  Its not pretty right now but being I live in an apartment(for not too much longer though), space is limited.  All boxes are 100% full. Here they are:

I also took about a bunch of my rare stuff(not all of it but most of it) and photgraphed it in small groups:

Ahh, but there is still much work to do. :?

Since I too some heat for the box sets over on DF, I place the following disclaimer:

Disclaimer:  No Books, box sets or modules were harmed in the shooting of these picture.  :)

Probably under 100 books for my personal collection. About 1/4 of that is 3rd Edition, the rest is mostly Planescape and 2nd Ed stuff that I thought was too useful to sell ;)

Thankfully, running an online store, I get to look through thousands of books that I've got in stock to sell ;)

I still feel bad for that Gangbusters box, it's sinking into the carpet... :D

Above it - is that the Top Secret set you bought from me? It's in much more illustrious company now...

I like the "EXP" boxes...made me think of Experience Points right away. You have achieved a very high level...

My stuff maxes out at MAYBE 150? 160 items? And that is counting each of my dice individually as a seperate item!   Yes, 'tis but a fleck of gnatpoop resting on a fleaturd compared to the frigging spruce gooses you guys have....well, good thing too because your collections wouldn't even fit in my house! Seriously- that is crazy, how much stuff that is! I hope those shots were of ground level storage....I'd be worried about the roof caving in if that was in an attic! Sheesh!

I guess the real treasure here is the girlfriend/wife, who is OK with it all...

I have about 200 D&D related items of 1st and 2nd edition, and another 175 wargames and wargame magazines to boot. Keep in mind, I just started collecting D&D RPG stuff in November. I'm not kidding either. It's been hidden away deep in my being for a long, long time just waiting to come out, but I only just jumped into this. I learned everything I could and started heavily collecting, well, 3 months ago or so! Ack!  8O

Just a guess: around 300 items.

But they're much more neatly ordered than bclarkie's!

I have just under 700 1st and 2nd edition items.  I started collecting just about a year ago.  I'm quicking running  out of space.  I am proud to say I have helped bclarkie cull a small portion of his collection.

I have 5 cats and 1 dog.

About 500 or 600 items I reckon - and of that, the bulk is MERP/Cthulhu.

No cats/dogs...
but there is a large skulk of urban foxes living nearby.

1st Ed. AD&D = 200+/-
D&D (basic)   = 150 +/-
OD&D       = 40  included JG stuff
TSR RPGs = 150  includes Top Secret, Gamma World, etc
Pacesetter RPGs  = 50
Man-O-War = 60  complete game!
Misc RPGs = 100  Champions, MERP, etc
Stuff = 100  games from when I actually played all those years ago

So that puts me around 750. Though I think that number may be a bit high. I am just estimating numbers, but should be fairly close.

Magazines = 250 or so including mostly Dragon, Dungeon, ARES, Nexus and a few more

Miniatures = Somewhere around 0

MTG cards 3,000 and falling as I disassemble and sell off.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

RPG items? No idea, since I'm not as well organised as Brian ^^
Well under 1,000, for sure.

Nice...

That's just asking for one to be taken and played at random :)

Very nice, guys.  I'm really impressed.

I'd say I've got somewhere around 100 - 150 items, maybe a little more.  That's probably critical mass for me.

Over 1100 not counting magazines, minis or dice that have been photographed for inventory purposes already. There are probably another 250 - 350 waiting me to take the time to photograph them. I am thinking I want to redo it all as scans to better document condition.
