Hey all,
I was curious to see how the this demographic breaks down on this site. I imagine most collectors that post here are in fact males, however I am curious to see how many of the ladies post/borwse this forum. No need to identify yourself specifically if you dont want, but lets see how this actually breaks down. FWIW, for all of you who already don't know I am a guy.

Okay this seems to be turning out to be a good news bad news poll. It seems so far out of 22 respondants all 22 are men. The good news of course comes with the knowledge that at least to this point no one is not sure.

Anyway, I know that there are at least 2 ladies that post/lurk here. I am sure that there has to me more than that right?

Not what I'd call a mixed lot, indeed.

I don't know what'sthe situation overseas, but here in Italy there are rather few female roleplayers, I'd say no more than one in 10 males; collecting RPGs is a totally different matter, the ratio drops down to infinitesimal bits.

Wow, you mean I get to come out of the closet as the first female?

I think the stats will stay pretty heavily male here I only know of 1 or 2 others who even lurk here, though I do meet many other female collectors dealing in White Wolf products.

Made a leap of faith and voted "male" for myself, however.

actually, I am quite surprised that there are any women here at all. I had simply assumed that the bulk of the people here were male, aged 30-40 and XXXXXXL in size.

(excepting self of course, as a trim hard-cycling, good-humoured man, Gemini, likes good wine and conversation, interested in meeting a special someone with a... [whoops - wrong forum])

More like the U.S. in general, nevermind just the collectors, at least when I look around

Although I must say it always amazes me the size and hatred of personal hygine I see displayed by some people at cons and such

I do rember about 8 -10 years ago hitting a store in Mass that had a few gaming tables and was very surprised to see a "30-ish" year old woman who was pretty atractive playing some warhammer type game......bout it though.
