[quote="afoolandhis$"]Many thanks for the updates. Here's the revised list.

Hello, since he doesn't post here any more (more's the pity that), you might want to know that when I bougth Aneoth's collection in March last year, he kept a few items that I myself examined and authenticated (sounds too official, I examined and drooled over them).  KingofPain can back me up also.  Aneoth kept a 1st print Chainmail, an orange B3 (SW); and a Woodgrain boxed set (no idea the print, unfortunately).

I am seriously considering making the 8 hour trek this year. :) I also almost feel obligated to make the trip to Lake Geneva at some point or another. It is almost like a D&D gamers obligation to go to the mecca.

bri....if i can muster the funds to go, i am going for sure. even if i cant muster the funds, i will prb find a way of going :)

keep us posted on your status with regards to that, cos if we both going, i will fly over to you and travel down. i would prb get lost and end up in mexico or something :)

dark & hidden ways, wild things, R-1 (3), R-2 (3), R-3 (1), R-4 (1), first quest album (2), strategic review #3 (1), PotVQ (yellow sheet with no art...not sure of print cos last i knew we were still discussing it, but as it currently stands, was equal or just behind the black folder - but i mentioned this earlier in the thread).

Oh, and I will defintiely let you know if I am planning on going for sure or not to GC.  I have to figure if I will be able to get the time off and if I can afford  it.  :)

there aint no way thats coming out of the bag again i can assure you.

jess was looking through my stuff last weekend. i was watching her out of the side of my eye (you know how you do when you dont trust someone) and just as she was coming to that i said "er no you dont...dont even breathe on it"

i got an indignant "sooooorrryyyyy" (as all teenagers do) and she stomped off back into the other room with the monster manual. :D

i'm not paranoid honest ;)

Pencil this in please.

IF you come to GenCon Indy, then come to the...

ACE: The Acaeum Collectors' Ensemble

Gather in the auction room, get a tour of the stacks (the stuff coming up to be auctioned, a Security area) with me, an up-close look at all the Rares and Ultrarares, and a meet 'n' greet with snacks & beverages provided on the house. Latex gloves will be issued for perusal of rare items. Digital non-flash photography will be permitted. Time allotted 1-2 hours. Additional access will be permitted for perverse tastes (like if you want to examine 3M or SPI games) and side issues (e.g. Judges Guild & other RPG items).

Reminder: this year we'll be auctioning off the Original pen 'n' ink Greyhawk booket illustration of Mr. Pumpkinhead Bugbear (est 2' tall).

I have R1-4, RPGA3,4, coverless Jade Hare, Strategic Review 1-7, Dragon 1-6 and 2 1st print DMG.  I also have about 7 issues of the Game World newsletter?  Does anyone else have many issues of this?

Stephen, put me down for PoVQ 4th, Dragon 1-whatever, DG 2nd, Misty Isles (should be on the list). I just sold off a set of SR.
Speaking of Misty, I'm surprised that DG and PoVQ are even listed, being Wee Warriors and all. Is it because they were mistributed by TSR?

Is Strategic Review #7 a rare?

I have one around here somewhere.
