Just taught me how dependent I am on My Ebay. I can find things I bid on doing a bidder search but things I was just watching were lost (until I thought to use the History feature of the browser). When you do all your sniping by han losing the Watching function really makes things tough.

So about BidNip....is it what you use? I know there is something with snipe in its name. I guess it might be time to give up the old ways and stumble into the present day of eBay bidding.

If anyone is willing to share trade secrets...what do you all use for bidding and for searches.

I use auctionsniper for sniping . . . I use the early bids of others for my searches.

Yup, is the one I moved over to a few weeks back. Has worked well, so far, and certainly the cheapest option I've used (bar Frank's cc trick )



For bidding, I lob a token bid into the sniping system right at the start unless I already know my limit (usually on higher-priced items).

That way it's easy to refresh/update the list at any time and decide whether or not to up the snipe.

(Unfortunately none of the sniping systems I've seen note the seller's ID in the view/list so it can be a bit of a pain keeping tabs on combined sales).



As with BTB (although I'm lazier), I sometimes keep tabs on the early bids of regular buyers. That's why I deliberately throw in decoy bids from time-to-time, too...

as for the other item, i didnt actually see it mate, was searching for low number dragons and spotted them two....



three nice wins there tho chummer good one - would have bid a tenner on each of the dragons, but ne'mind - there will be plenty of others i dont doubt

Yup, that comfortably beats the $35 BIN set (albeit that was with the outer box; unsure if SW'd).

I am back now, but I am still trying to figure out why when people get called out on the forum here, they never post, they always have some concerned friend that comes to their defence, but never come to defend themselves. Go figure...
