My very first thought, too. If it turns out to be a human, we'll be wrong together, Al. :)

Just looks like a bot name to me, though ...

Here is what I m having for dinner - a recipe from red_bus's cheap eats and fridge clean-outs.

- cook up a big pile of short grain brown rice,
- stir in some leftover artichoke hearts in oil (the last out of the jar),
- mix in some chopped up baby tomatoes, broad beans and asparagus (from last night)
- top with a little parmesan and some leftover smoked salmon.

:D

Quite an interesting combination there.  8O   I just had a plate of taco salad.  Seasoned ground beef, ranch style beans, red onion, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and corn chips all mixed together with lettuce and some Catalina dressing.  Come to think of it...not much to do about tacos at all actually.

Not that an animated DL movie wouldnt be cool....I would rather see them make a live-action movie instead.  I have been jonesing for another big-budget epic fantasy flick to come around ever since Return of the King.  The Chronicles of Narnia wasnt bad but just didnt quite do it for me.

If they ever do a live-action movie I just hope to God that they dont use any suggestions from these fan polls:

Official Dragonlance Movie Site | Dragonlance Movie Site Polls : Official DLMS Dream Cast Poll 1

Danny DeVito as Tasslehoff???  8O

Call of Cthulhu fans:

In terms of solo adventures, I can remember "Alone Against the Wendigo" and "Alone Against the Dark" ... but wasn't there a third solo book? (I'm thinking Chaosium, not small-press or self-published). Or were there only two, and I'm imagining the third?

Thanks in advance.

There was an 'Alone on Halloween' which was published by Pagan Publishing and licensed by Chaosium.  Same format, same booklet size, probably a smaller print run.

Cool old school artwork with a big pumpkin on the front.

Hope helpful.

But seriously. DL is over-the-top D&D. All fluff, no substance. I also think there is way too much cliche stuff in DL. And as BYTB has pointed out - hippie city.

Slow to notice, but it isn't only SR #3 that Titan picked up.

Polys #2 & #5 (40 & 12 NM copies, respectively; $9.99 ea. + OTT postage, of course...)

Would be interesting to know what other semi-rare/rare items are kicking around their storage, en-bulk.

bbarsh's white bean chicken chili:

4 chicken breasts - skinned, boiled with salt and pepper, then shred
1 12-16 oz block pepperjack cheese
1 jar (32oz) white beans
1 can 12 oz black beans
1 jar 12 oz +/- of your favorite salsa

combine in slow cooker on high for 15 minutes to melt cheese. simmer on low-medium for 45 minutes +/-

This is an awesome yet simple meal. warms up great for lunch. I like spicey foods, but you do not need hot salsa - the pepperjack does the trick nicely. I don't add a single bit spice(s) either. you just don't need it.

It just hit me Mike.  We should round up some people, have a get together and play some COC this Halloween.  Lots of candles, black cloaks, spooky music, bbarsh's chili....I am always in the mood for a good scare.  :P
