Was that gardening book published only in the UK? Was it very common?

It would be informative to have this book mentioned in the Acaeum listing for the module.

That damn book has a nickname for hardcore collectors looking for the next great deal. The nickname is PITA.

For those of you unfamiliar with the term PITA, it is an acronym for the phrase Pain I[/b]n The Ass. Try doing an Ebay/Amazon/Yahoo/or whatever other webstie that sells D&D books and that damn book always comes up with lots of interfereing listings.

This of course comes much to the dismay of those looking for the real Up the Garden Path.

There are several books of that title, although Thelwell's is probably going to be the most readable

U.S. edition is E P Dutton & Company 1967, New York.

Thanks for the info, bclarkie and harami.

I guess it shows that I have never searched for Up the Garden Path on Ebay or elsewhere.

Has anyone ever found a "hidden" copy of the module by searching through the "Up the Garden Path" gardening books listed on a site such as Amazon, Abebooks, or Alibris?

We, actually I should say "I", did have some other names for consideration. But you probably wouldn't want to go there as it started with Agamemnon and ended with Zoltan (stopping briefly at Genghis and Orson on the weird journey of rarely used names).

I suppose that you could consider going from Acererak to Zagyg

But I think that Vlad would go nicely with your surname :wink:

It is listed in EXTRA FINE CONDITION, but and I quote

wtf is that all about ??!! i have seen a few nice items i wouldnt have minded having from her.....but after the way she stiffed me on shipping, totally mullered me mate for shipping and tried to charge me $23 to send me summit in a $9 GPM envelope, she can go eat shit n die before i bid for anything from her.......

and yeah i agree, totally scamming with the conditions....absolutely ludicrous man.

Does anyone know what the hell to make of this this:

Dungeon Game TSR | eBay

It is a black 3 ring binder with a cut up Greyhawk Folio pasted on the front. The thing of it is I have never in my entire life seen the cover of a folio like that with big black bold text on it and clearly no copyright stamp in the white area. Weirdest thing that I have ever seen before.

Does anyone know anything about this, or am I just losing my feckin mind???

<edit> The more I look at this thing the more I think that I have seen this before. The thing of it is, that if I had to guess looking at it, I would say that this folio cover may actually PREDATE the current listed 1st printing Greyhawk folio due the way its formatted text is. Any thoughts????
