I recently bought a copy copy of Valley Forge by TSR. This one appears to be in original shrink still but includes 2 books. The Valley Forge book and a second one that has a white cover with Valley Forge II on it. Is Valley Forge a 2 book set or has this been re-shrunk with something else included in the package?

The ubiquitous Valley Forge... there are several thousand uncirculated copies still available, if you know who to ask. It was never shrinkwrapped.
Whatever you have is a creation by someone other than TSR.

Now that I have it in front of me, it is called Valley Forge II, A supplement to Valley Forge by David A. Wesely, CPT, OD, USAR. The shrink on it seems rather old. Does anyone have any info on David A Wesely? I guess he wasn't related to TSR then.

Ah, kewl. Much harder to find than VF1.
I've spent hours sitting & chatting with Commanders Wesley and Zocchi about military & wargame stuff. Whatcha wanna know? (I don't have Dave's current email, but the guys at ConSimWorld prolly do.)
