1) What are the 8 MC sheets that come with this set? I'm missing one, but not sure which (chances are I've got it... somewhere :P)

2) What's a fair price for Dungeon #19, in VG+/Fine condition?

Dungeon 19 generally goes for $5-8-ish, I'd say, less if not in superb condition of course.
