(and US/Canada only, for anyone else wishing to face that dilemma ;))

Not too bad a BIN, IMO, given some of the more recent realisations!
And not everyone's going to find that for $10 at a flea market :o

Okay, David, I'll bite.  Consider this a blank look.  What's the juicy on these?

I willl definitely 3rd that blank look. Granted the seller is from Lake Geneva, but there is nothing of note in the auctions at all to indicate anything special. Do you know something the rest of us dont? :)

They are from Lake Geneva. That is all I got. Everyone in that town better have ate D&D for breakfast during that period in history.

Juicy? Heh, heh... just an interesting bit of backstory, perhaps.
Along the lines of "I got all this old stuff directly from Gygax's son in the early ninety's as payment back in the old days of partying".

*g*. Make of that what you will! :)
Does that make it any more fun to play through those mods? Dunno... Image

Hmmm, too bad the descriptions don't state "Interior contains extensive annotations by previous owner."

Pretty cool nonetheless.

No annotations/inscriptions afaik, hence only "association copies". Pity...
Yup, still a fun lil' tale for anyone who might actually be taking adventurers through those mods.

I think I might try that scam. The old " I bought these from a guy who dated the sister of a guy who went to college with a guy who took a shit in the stall next to Gary Gygax at the Deep Purple concert" routine.
