Um I am about 99.9% sure that those are burned copies.  I queried the seller last night abouth them and he gave totally off topic a non answer, which makes me sure that they are burned copies. Unless you are planning on paying $40.00 for a POS Burned CD, I wouldnt buy one.   I already report him to EBay, but it looks like so far they have done nothing as usual.

Yeah, got an email from another eBay user that noticed the same thing. The guy offered to include a free DMag archive to him, heh. I'll just skip paying on the 3 I bought methinks ;)

And, in a followup email:  "Well, these are "backup" copies."

I reported that last night, just the way the auction was phrased had me convinced they weren't legit.  I apologize, I should have reported it here as well, but things have been crazy in the Reindeer household lately so I haven't been posting as much, and only reading a thread here and there.

That is actually a box set. Even still though that is ridiculously high  , but the modules shipping is reasonably priced $5.00 to the US & actually only $3.00 to Europe. :)

Didn't look at everything...sorry. I was looking at the M and UK modules and they were all $5 for shipping. There are a couple of items with really crazy shipping prices. He is listed as being in Finland but states as shipping from the US so maybe they are coming from two locations. Overall I would say that most items shipping costs are a little on the high side though not too stupid. I almost always expect to be charged way too much for shipping any more. Except for a few sellers, most who post here, I think sellers see shipping as the avenue to make a profit and not the item as the profit maker. I can almost hear them say I know this will only sell for $5 and I bought for $6 but since I am adding $6 to the shipping cost it will work out.

See what happens when you type fast and aren't all wordy. You got that written and posted between the time I saw their reply and got mine written up and sent.

Alright, if the winner is a member here, PLEASE let me know if this is an Aussie print. I've been trying to figure it out all week, and missed my chance to place a late bid.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 1&rd=1&ssp agename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

Looks like it is just a bad photo or really really faded S1 to me.

*g*. I asked the seller what I thought was the obvious question... "Does it have 'PRINTED IN U.S.A." on the cover? Answer "Yes". ;)

Given that the cover is paper, not card, of a very late date compared with the other Ozzie mod prints, and possibly somewhat "short" for the module, it was fair to guess that it was a relatively poor/early color photocopy (not of the current seller's making).
But yes, those missing colors did get me most interested, too. :D

I wonder how many of us were scratching our heads over this one? Image

Stromber just posted a bunch of stuff on Ebay, although it is mostly non-TSR. stuff. These auctions appear to be "unofficial:  :

eBay listings

Of note thought he has currently listed some original TSR artwork by Rosloff, from one of the early 80's Monster Cards:

Original TSR | eBay

There is also a bunch of Wargamers Digests he has up, so it is definitely worth a look.

IIRC, they were looking for the Lankhmar Board Game from 1976.
