...I'm more curious about those "killer guard cats"! 8) Had found a link to them on your site, but it was dead. :(

Yes, Louise, almost all the bidders are from over here, thus far.

Doesn't stop you adding an extra description line to the auction to link to your high-res pics. ;)

@deimos: that should be mba**oc, just in case his gf is still doing web searches! *jk*

Looks like one for a reseller to snap up, because the shipping alone is enough to scare off most discriminating collectors.  Don't know why the seller didn't break it into smaller lots.  :?

Ebay specifically forbids links to outside pages in listings.  I thought I'd try not to get kicked off within 2 weeks of starting selling things!

Sorry you could't use the link to the cats; it seems to be working from here.  You could always try Error 404 - Not found if you're dying of curiosity.  As a good seller I should advise that Fluffy now has one less leg than pictured (missing front right).  And this is getting rather OT so I shall go away again and watch my auction :-)

3rd Time around on that lot. Last 2 times that seller has some huge reserve on it(over $500.00) and it never met it. I dont think that he understands that the $300.00 plus shipping cost even if it was acurate is going to reduce the final cost of the auction.

<edit>

Interestingly enough it actually looks like the last time this was up it sold:

Hmm.. guard cats. :/

BTW, Wyvern is like my two cats, both Usual Abys (used to have a Sorrel as well). Could be related way back if you got him from the Birmingham/Solihull area (my two are over ten now). :)

And killjoy, yes, Usual & Sorrel Abys look very much like mini cougars.

I think I see some discriminating collectors on the bids list......

Or, would those guys better be described as "INdiscriminate collectors?"         :?

The shipping sounds like a good reason to take a road trip.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Can anyone vouch for this latest bidder? Seems fishy to me, what with the influx of "vigilante" bidders these days. Obviously he/she is aware of this site

Can I display my ignorance here and ask what a vigilante bidder is?

And while I'm here, can anyone explain the latest bid dates on this auction to me?  I thought I was au fait with the proxy bidding system but I can't quite work out what must have happened to have those bids turn up in that order with those times on.

Thanks

Louise
